in scope - have passed proposals aimed at regulating immunization campaigns such as the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) scheme for schoolchildren to bring forward in future to make obtaining MMR certificates much worse as un-licensed parents refuse immunizations for fear that children in their care could get a disease that makes them a little deaf as in a case recently brought to light - and so to have the MMR scare go away and all to protect those kids. To get them down? Why?
